Project-enquiry data
When you use the enquiry form, we process your name, project location, at least one contact detail, selected project type, planned timing, project description and limited campaign-source tags if you arrived through an advertisement. Hosting systems may temporarily process network data such as an IP address in security logs.
The purpose is to respond, assess whether the project fits our services and take steps at your request before a possible contract. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. We rely on legitimate interests in service security to protect the form from misuse.
Recipients and processors
Only authorised MP3 FORMAT personnel and providers required for website hosting and business email, especially the contracted host and Microsoft 365, can access the data. We do not sell it or use it for newsletters without a separate sign-up.
Retention
If no engagement is agreed, enquiry content and related correspondence are retained for no more than 12 months after the last contact, unless needed longer to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. If an offer or contract follows, relevant data are retained under applicable legal and business-record obligations.
Analytics and advertising measurement
Google Analytics and Google Ads load only after you choose “Allow measurement”. They measure visits, phone and email clicks, and successfully submitted enquiries to assess advertising effectiveness. A contact click does not confirm that a call took place or a message was sent. The form contents, name, email address and phone number entered in the form are not sent to these measurement tags. Advertising personalisation and Google signals remain disabled. The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
If you choose “Necessary only”, Google Analytics and Google Ads do not load. You may change your choice at any time. Withdrawing consent removes available measurement cookies for this site and reloads the page without measurement, without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Necessary technologies
- the language preference remembers the HR or EN version,
- the consent preference remembers your measurement choice,
- with consent, temporary campaign context stores only UTM tags during the visit,
- a security session prevents repeated form submissions and confirms a successful enquiry.
Transfers and protection
As global service providers, Google and Microsoft may process some data outside the European Economic Area using applicable contractual and other safeguards. The website uses HTTPS, access restrictions and server-side form validation. The form email intentionally excludes IP addresses and advertising click identifiers.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion or restriction, object to processing, and request portability where applicable. Contact info@mp3format.hr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency.
We do not use automated decision-making based on project-enquiry data.
